Asante is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Medford, OR for a full-time day shift. Qualifications

• Graduate of a COTA program.
• Oregon COTA licensure required at start.
• BLS (AHA) certification required at start.

Responsibilities

• Assess educational needs of patient, family, caregiver or significant other and educate accordingly.
• Communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist and healthcare team; document services.
• Maintain safety and comply with safety standards.
