Job summary

The Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Riverview Jefferson team in Detroit, MI. You will work with PTs, OTs, and SLPs to enhance residents' daily living activities and mobility in a collaborative, patient-focused setting.

This role offers consistent hours, a supportive rehab team, and opportunities for mentorship and growth within SNF, outpatient and related settings.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• SNF experience is helpful but not required.
• Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in improving independence with daily activities and functional mobility.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs and SLPs to provide integrated therapy.
• Maintain patient-focused care in a collaborative team environment.
