Qualified candidates have 2 years of home care experience, Ohio OT/PT Board licensure, AOTA certification eligibility, BLS/CPR, and strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. This role emphasizes high-quality patient care and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

PRN Schedule

Absolute Home Health Services provided skilled nursing, therapy services, social service, and home health aides in the home under the direction of the patient's Primary Care Physician.

We are hiring a COTA, preferably with at least 2 years of home care experience. This COTA will perform COTA duties under the direction of an OT to facilitate the rehabilitation to patients, routine visits and on-call primarily in the Guernsey and Noble County areas.
