Vibra Healthcare seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Fargo team on a part-time basis. You will provide and direct occupational therapy services to patients, performing assessments, planning and implementing treatment programs.
The role requires an Associate’s Degree, NBCOT certification as a COTA, and an active state license. A Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor is also required, with strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Vibra Hospital of Fargo, located in Fargo, ND, is a 31 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.
Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physician’s orders.
