Job summary

Theracare Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a dynamic therapy team. You will provide skilled direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and collaborate with regional staff for support. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current or eligible for state license.

• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled direct patient care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with the OT and therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in the chart.

Qualifications

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
