Liberty Tax Service invites applications for a Seasonal Costume Waver at our Utica, MI location. You will wave to attract attention while in a mascot outfit and promote the brand to drive location revenue through outreach and marketing.

The role is seasonal, non-exempt, and reports to the Office Supervisor within Managed Operations. You may travel between businesses for marketing and must be comfortable outdoors for extended periods.

Position Purpose

To promote the Liberty Tax Service name to increase location revenue through brand awareness

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Draw attention to the store location through waving at traffic while dressed in the mascot outfit
• Conducts business to business marketing while in the mascot uniform
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions
• Ability to wave, dance and stand in the mascot costume for a period up to eight hours
• This position may require travel and driving between businesses for marketing purposes
