Job summary

Liberty Tax Service in Salem is seeking a Seasonal Costume Waver to promote the brand by engaging passersby in a mascot outfit and drawing attention to the location.

You will conduct face-to-face marketing with local businesses and perform other duties as assigned; this is a part-time, non-exempt seasonal role reporting to Office Supervisor.

Position Purpose

To promote the Liberty Tax Service name to increase location revenue through brand awareness

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Draw attention to the store location through waving at traffic while dressed in the mascot outfit
• Conducts business to business marketing while in the mascot uniform
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions
• Ability to wave, dance and stand in the mascot costume for a period up to eight hours
• This position may require travel and driving between businesses for marketing purposes
