Liberty Tax Service is seeking a Costume Waver at our Red Bank location to help promote the brand and boost location revenue through mascot-driven outreach. This seasonal role focuses on community visibility and engaging with pedestrians while in the mascot costume.

Responsibilities include waving at traffic, marketing to nearby businesses in mascot attire, and performing other duties as assigned by management. The position is non-exempt and pays hourly.

Position Purpose

To promote the Liberty Tax Service name to increase location revenue through brand awareness

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Draw attention to the store location through waving at traffic while dressed in the mascot outfit
• Conducts business to business marketing while in the mascot uniform
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions
• Ability to wave, dance and stand in the mascot costume for a period up to eight hours
• This position may require travel and driving between businesses for marketing purposes
