Greeter and Costume Assistant Day to Day

• Greet our guests with a warm and enthusiastic personality / Give tours of our studio and all that we have to offer
• Answer phones / Book Appointments
• Ensuring the customers have a wonderful experience
• Requesting Reviews
• Communicate effectively with the front end supervisor to ensure guests are not waiting and their experience is seamless
• Assisting photographers
• Educate the guests on our product / experience
• Work as a contributing team member to provide a wonderful and exceptional experience for our guests and top notch quality portraits
• Assists the guests in costuming, accessorizing, and preparing for their photo session while making sure they are comfortable and look their very best.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Experience in high volume atmosphere
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
