Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Design costing requests for new product concepts, including preliminary cost estimates.
• Submit gemstone costing requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams for pricing information.
• Assist with maintaining BOMs, reviewing materials and updating mechanical information.
• Review vendor cost submissions for accuracy and prepare costing information for approval.
• Track outstanding costing requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of discrepancies.

This exclusive program offers interns the opportunity to work closely with expert teams across various departments. Interns will gain hands-on experience in crafting exquisite jewelry, understanding the intricacies of luxury branding, and learning the operational aspects of a world-renowned brand. Set in the heart of NYC, interns will also have access to networking events, mentorship, and industry insights that foster professional growth in the competitive luxury market. **Program Dates**June 7 – August 6, 2027 **Title**Costing Intern **Reporting Into**Senior Director, Costing & Creations **Responsibilities:*** Support Design costing requests for new product concepts, including assisting with preliminary cost estimates based on materials, components, and available manufacturing information.* Submit gemstone costing requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain pricing information and ensure timely completion.* Support Creations Product Activation processes, including creating product shells, reviewing and validating Bills of Materials (BOMs), and updating mechanical information to ensure accurate product setup.* Assist with managing BOM access for vendors to submit revised costs.
