This is the entry level position for individuals who have had previous experience within other functional areas. Under close supervision, the individual performs the routine aspects of planning/scheduling and/or cost engineering assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic project controls principles. Using prescribed methods, performs specific and limited portions of planning/scheduling and/or cost engineering assignments

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bryan-College Station, Texas, approximately 95 miles northwest of Houston. Candidates must be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Under direct supervision, work is routine and instructions are typically detailed.
  • Works under close supervision and technical guidance with regular daily interaction with supervisor. Duties directly assigned weekly. Work is reviewed daily to weekly for accuracy, adequacy, and conformance with prescribed procedures.
  • Has no direct or indirect reports and does not assign work to anyone.
  • Communicate basic information with peers, stakeholders, and management. Persuasion is limited to articulating and substantiating own point of view to peers and supervisors.
  • Basic understanding of systems, processes and tools specifically related to field.
Qualifications
  • University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically has little or no practical experience.
