Job summary

The role requires at least 4 years of cost estimating experience related to engineering and construction, with a preference for water and wastewater utility projects. The successful candidate will prepare detailed estimates across disciplines, review bids and change orders, coordinate with project management, and ensure accurate takeoffs and cost
Qualifications
- 4+ years of cost estimating experience related to engineering and construction.
- Experience with utility projects such as water/wastewater plants and piping.
- MS Excel proficiency highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for all disciplines.
- Coordinate with project management and engineering personnel.
- Review estimates for adequacy, uniformity and completeness.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes and change orders.
