About the Role:

The full-time \"Cost Estimator / Cost Analyst\" will prepare independent estimates, review contractor pricing, evaluate change orders, and support cost tracking for public construction projects.

• Review unit-price and time-and-material costs.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in estimating or cost control.
• Experience with public construction projects.
• Experience with unit-price or time-and-material pricing.
• Ability to accurately review contractor proposals, change orders, and project cost data.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in cost estimating or cost analysis.

Estimated Annual Compensation:

$124,800–$145,600 annually
