The role focuses on developing BOM structures by WBS for FAR15 proposals and producing hardware material and labor estimates using CES to support bids and contracts. You will review estimates for realism and risk, coordinate with program management, engineering, and manufacturing, and prepare CBOMs and reports for Pricing, Procurement, and QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in finance, accounting, or business administration in manufacturing.
• Understanding of cost estimating concepts, FAR, and government rules.
• Ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet milestones.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop BOM structure by WBS for FAR15 proposals with engineers and PMs.
• Develop hardware material and labor estimates using CES for bids and contracts.
• Provide cost estimating support on complex proposals and assess risk.
• Prepare CBOMs and reports for Pricing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and QA.
