Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in cost engineering functions including cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs cost estimating, analysis, and control activities and schedule development, maintenance, reporting, and monitoring activities, as directed.
• Collects drawings and scope definition documentation and verifies adequacy and completeness.
• Performs routine quantity takeoffs from engineering and construction drawings.
