Job summary

Pacifico Energy LLC is seeking a Project Services Manager to lead the information backbone for Cedar Creek, a 1,100 MW gas turbine project delivering data center load. You will own cost reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the project, coordinating with finance and operations teams.

You bring 10+ years in cost control on large capital projects and 5+ years representing owners over EPC contractors under lump-sum contracts, with advanced Excel, EV, and Procore expertise to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cost control on large capital projects.
• 5+ years representing an owner or client over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
• Strong command of cost management systems and advanced Excel.
• Hands-on earned value and forecasting experience.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the project cost report, commitments and accruals.
• Drive cost forecasting and variance analysis.
• Evaluate and quantify the cost impact of each change request.
• Track contingency drawdown and trend the cost position.
• Review invoices and payment applications.
• Produce cost reporting for the project and executive team.
