Job description

Are you excited to learn about IBM's Infrastructure product portfolio and optimize process along side cross-functional teams? If so, this is a great opportunity to leverage data science, agile practices and design thinking to understand IBM brands and learn how to optimize cash flow through Global Asset Recovery within our Cost & Asset Optimization team.

Your role and responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, supply chain, procurement, development, engineering and finance).

Analyze competitors, market trends and industry standards.

Optimize and improve process through use of automation and AI tools.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science/IT/Computer Science/Engineering

Exposure to agile practices and design thinking, Strong written and verbal communication skills

Problem solving and business analysis skills, ability to work three days from the office

OTHER RELEVANT JOB DETAILS

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
