My client, a leading manufacturing company in Rockford, IL is looking to bring on a Cost Analyst to act as a link between production, business development, process engineering, and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support plant controller and operations manager in guiding loss and productivity analysis
• Hold process owners accountable for the financial performance of loss elimination plans
• Track performance against KPIs and production standard
• Lead assessment of volume and sku/mix portfolio
• Support accurate product costing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1-2 years of costing experience in a manufacturing company
• SAP knowledge is a must
