Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a Cost Accounting Supervisor at the Corporate Office in Riverside, MO. The role oversees inventory accounting, ensures accurate ERP recording, and partners with supply chain to maintain records and support month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory/cost accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. CPA/CMA/MBA is preferred. This is an exempt, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with emphasis on inventory or cost accounting.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing and review of inventory transactions.
• Maintain integrity of inventory subledgers and related GL accounts.
• Lead month-end and year-end inventory close activities.
• Review inventory-related journal entries and reconciliations.
• Drive internal controls and cycle count programs.
• Support audits and inventory testing procedures.
• Mentor supply chain staff and develop SOPs.
