Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to own cost accounting practices that support accurate manufacturing cost visibility, inventory valuation, and financial control across the enterprise. The manager will partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to strengthen processes and deliver actionable insights into operational performance.

This position also plays a key role in supporting an ERP transition and building scalable cost accounting methods for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, especially in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Strong costing, variances, and inventory valuation knowledge.
• Experience developing or standardizing cost accounting processes.
• Solid GAAP and financial controls understanding.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build partnerships across departments.

For our client, we are seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own cost accounting practices that support accurate manufacturing cost visibility, inventory valuation, and financial control across the enterprise. The manager will partner closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to strengthen processes and deliver actionable insights into operational performance. This position also plays a key role in supporting an ERP transition and building scalable cost accounting methods for future growth. Location: Remote. Compensation: $130,000 annually.

Responsibilities
