Job description

Responsibilities

1. Working in a standard cost environment.
2. Implementing and/or controlling:
   • Bills of material.
   • Routings.
   • Automated labor tracking.
   • Inventory valuation/control.
   • Labor & overhead rate analysis.
   • Product costing.
   • Variance analysis.
3. Coordination and management of costing system at multiple locations.
4. Traveling to other locations and corporate headquarters as required.
5. Directly managing multi-department process, including accounting, engineering, sales, manufacturing, purchasing.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. 5+ years of accounting/finance experience with major emphasis on cost accounting, working in a standard cost environment.
3. Ability to collaborate with, and take charge of, a multi‑person team.
4. Work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably specializing in metal fabrication.
5. Experience in industrial engineering desirable.
