Job summary

LeMaitre Vascular seeks a Cost Accounting Analyst to manage inventory costing, variances, and financial reporting for the allograft division. You will partner with operations, supply chain, and FP&A to drive visibility and control over inventory accounts, ensuring GAAP compliance and SOX controls.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, detailed tissue inventory tracking, and preparation of reports by product line to support quarterly audits and annual physical inventories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• 1–3 years of cost accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics) and Power BI.
• Experience in a publicly traded, SOX-regulated environment.
• Manufacturing or medical device industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze inventory valuation per U.S. GAAP.
• Analyze and report manufacturing variances.
• Review and monitor inventory transactions.
• Track tissue inventory for allograft product line.
• Coordinate with donor organizations for tissue procurement.
• Provide financial and operational analysis for allograft.
• Maintain tissue yield analysis and related metrics.
• Ensure accuracy of worldwide tissue inventory logs.
• Support quarterly inventory and cost of sales audits.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Develop reports by product line and key metrics.
• Identify risks related to excess/obsolete inventory.
• Improve inventory processes with operations.
• Prepare transfer pricing analysis supporting global policies.
• Assist with SOX compliance and internal controls.
