Responsibilities

• Provides cost information not supplied by general accounting systems, applying cost accounting principles.
• Plans study and gathers data to determine costs of business activity (raw materials, inventory, labor).
• Analyzes data obtained and documents results.
• Analyzes changes in product design, materials, methods, or services to determine cost effects.
• Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares reports comparing standard vs. actual costs.
• Provides management with reports on factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
• Other support duties for General Manager as required.
