Job summary

Allan Myers, Inc. is seeking an entry-level accounting/finance intern to support the Budget and Forecast process and verify field time and quantities.

The role provides on-the-job training, a buddy assignment, and classroom sessions to build professional skills. Recent graduates and students pursuing a degree in accounting or finance will report to the Accounting/Finance team and contribute to timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Budget and forecast for future financial results.
• Verify accurate daily field quantities and time cards.
• Report and analyze accurate financial results.
• Code invoices to correct cost codes.
