Responsibilities

• Prepare intercompany billing and account reconciliations.
• Manage inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Record warranty and installation costs and accruals.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain forecasts and budgets for complex customer orders.
• Collaborate with operations and project managers for timely billing.
• Reconcile general ledger and inventory-related accounts.
• Support additional financial analysis as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and consignment inventory counts
• Record warranty and installation costs and accruals
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
• Maintain forecasts and budgets for complex customer orders
• Partner closely with operations and project managers to support accurate and timely billing
• Reconcile general ledger and inventory-related accounts
• Support additional financial analysis as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of cost accounting and/or general accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable partnering with both accounting and operational teams
