Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Cosmetology Master Instructor to serve as a Substitute Instructor, providing temporary instructional coverage and maintaining continuity of instruction in line with the established curriculum, policies, and accreditation standards.

You will deliver high-quality instruction, document attendance and progress, follow lesson plans, and support students through client consultations in a hands-on clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Master Instructor License required.
• Minimum three years’ verifiable cosmetology experience.
• Strong teaching and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in accordance with approved curriculum and schedule.
• Maintain a professional, engaging learning environment and monitor student progress.
• Document attendance and grades in Canvas and appropriate records.
• Follow lesson plans and instructional materials to ensure continuity of instruction.
• Provide real-time coaching in a hands-on clinic environment and guide client consultations.
