• Teaching in a cosmetology school or industry experience preferred.

• Experience with up-selling, rebooking and guest service.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate classes from an accredited curriculum for both classroom and clinic.
• Meet graduation requirements for hands-on and theoretical knowledge.
• Motivate, inspect, and coach team members in clinic floor systems.
• Support up-selling, rebooking and guest services.
• Maintain effective communication in a fast-paced setting.
