Qualifications

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school with verifiable references.
• Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license.
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A BEAUTY INSTRUCTOR AND EDUCATION SUPERVISOR

This is a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will oversee and support the daily instruction and educational development within our school. You will spend each day coaching and guiding Learning Leaders to ensure high-quality, consistent technical education is delivered in both classroom and clinic floor settings. Utilizing Paul Mitchell tools, procedures, and terminology, you will contribute to meeting revenue- and budget-driven goals. Your responsibilities will require a high level of professionalism, organization, and dedication as you manage a variety of tasks including instructional leadership, staff development, technical training, and student support.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BEAUTY INSTRUCTOR AND EDUCATION SUPERVISOR

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school with solid work history and verifiable references
• Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism in all interactions
