• Deliver dynamic mini-classes and center learning using objective-based education.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and state board sanitation.
• Drive product knowledge via Take Home Recommendation program.
• Complete student evaluations and educational assessments to track growth.
• Utilize Skill Cards and the 4-Step Program to guide services.
• Model professionalism, passion, and artistry daily.
