Qualifications

• Ohio state instructor's license required.
• Flexible schedule availability for working various class hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Lead varied shifts during class times (Mon-Thu 8:30 am–10:00 pm; Fri-Sat 8:30 am–4:30 pm).
• Inspire students with engaging sessions and a comprehensive cosmetology curriculum.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations on cutting, styling, and coloring hair.
• Provide guidance in guest services and answer questions to build student confidence.
• Support hands-on clinic floor training and skill development.
