Responsibilities

• Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers.
• Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom.
• Work to inspire and coach Future Professionals according to Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems.
