Paul Mitchell The School Lexington is seeking a dedicated Cosmetology Instructor to guide students through hands-on lessons and theory, preparing them for the State Board and professional careers.

In this role, you will deliver engaging lessons, supervise practice sessions, and provide feedback to help students grow in technical skills and confidence. We offer flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to work one evening per week.
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Each day, you will design and deliver engaging cosmetology lessons, combining theory with hands-on practice to bring concepts to life for students. You will guide students through techniques, answer questions, and provide personalized feedback to strengthen skills and confidence. You will prepare students for the State Board Examination and foster an inclusive learning environment.
