Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate classes from an approved curriculum for Paul Mitchell Schools.
• Meet graduation requirements for hands-on and theoretical knowledge.
• Teach in classroom and clinic settings.
• Coach team members in clinic floor systems including upselling, rebooking, and guest service.
• Demonstrate positive communication, resolve customer service issues, and collaborate with the team.
• Think quickly and problem solve in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
