• Conduct regular inspections to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and state board sanitation standards.
• Drive product knowledge that benefits both guests and students through the Take Home Recommendation program.
• Complete student evaluations, Service Tickets, and educational assessments to track and celebrate growth.
• Use Paul Mitchell curriculum tools - including Skill Cards and the 4-Step Program - to guide every service.
• Model professionalism, passion, and artistry every single day.
