Responsibilities

• Teach assigned cosmetology classes under the direction of the Education Coach and Program Team Lead.
• Educate students in hair theory, cutting, styling, chemical services, treatments, products, techniques, and professional practices.
• Create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and confidence-building.
• Demonstrate and reinforce sanitation, safety, infection-control and professional practices.
• Monitor student sanitation and ensure compliance with school standards.
• Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Stay current on emerging hair trends, products, techniques, and industry standards.
• Model professional appearance and conduct consistent with beauty industry ethics.
• Manage classroom activities with organization and positivity.
• Ensure students follow school policies and state regulations.
• Provide constructive coaching and recognition of progress.
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students.

What You'll Do:

Requirements
