Qualifications

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school.
• Current cosmetology, Manicurist, and a current instructors license is required.
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills.
• Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers.
• Foster positive communication, soft skills, and professional development through teamwork.
