Qualifications

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school.
• Current cosmetology or instructor license.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience in supervision and teamwork.
• Solid work history with verifiable references.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Honesty and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell cultural and technical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Education Leader trains, coaches, and directs Learning Leaders to provide high-quality and consistent technical instruction in the classroom and on the clinic floor.
• Manage revenue- and budget-driven school goals and responsibilities efficiently and professionally.
• Guide and motivate staff, develop curricula, lesson plans, and skill development initiatives.
