Qualifications

• Teaching experience in cosmetology or related field.
• Current Arkansas state cosmetology license.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspect, and coach team in clinic floor systems including up-selling, rebooking, and guest service.
• Able to think quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet graduation requirements for hands-on and theoretical knowledge in classroom and clinic settings.
