Paul Mitchell The School Rhode Island, located in Cranston, RI, is seeking a dedicated full-time Cosmetologist Instructor to join our esteemed beauty team. This cosmetology position offers competitive compensation starting at $23 - $26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

This Cosmetologist Instructor role features a stable, full-time schedule with availability required for morning, afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts. This cosmetology position also includes monthly paid staff training days and opportunities to participate in student-led clubs and fundraising activities, all within a predictable and consistent framework.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this Cosmetologist Instructor role, you will instruct and mentor students as they progress through hands-on classroom and clinic experiences, following the Paul Mitchell curriculum. You will play a key role in preparing students for graduation and state board licensure, offering regular feedback and guidance to support their personal and professional development. Daily responsibilities include monitoring student performance, maintaining adherence to state board and school regulations, and fostering a positive, respectful learning environment that promotes both accountability and confidence.
