Drybar Prosper is looking for an experienced, licensed hairstylist to join our growing team. We are seeking a confident, reliable stylist who has strong technical skills, takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience, and thrives in a fast-paced salon environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide professional blowouts and signature Drybar stylesPerform a variety of styling services, including curls, waves, braids, and updosConsult with guests to understand their desired look and provide personalized recommendationsDeliver a consistently polished and elevated guest experience from start to finishMaintain high standards for sanitation, cleanliness, and salon proceduresRecommend appropriate add‑on services and products based on guest needsBuild relationships with guests and encourage rebookingWork collaboratively with the salon team to maintain an efficient, positive environmentParticipate in ongoing training and education to continue developing technical and service skillsFollow all Drybar standards, procedures, and guest-service expectations

What We’re Looking For

Current Texas cosmetology license**Experience in a professional salon environment. **Strong blow-dry and styling skillsExperience with braids, updos, curls, and other finishing techniquesExcellent customer service and communication skillsDependable, punctual, and professionalComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCoachable and committed to continued growthAbility to maintain a polished and professional appearanceStrong attention to detail and pride in your work
