Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve identified nonconformities with production leads.
• Issue Non-Conforming Materials Reports (NCMR) as required.
• Sample incoming materials and perform testing as needed.
• Inspect lines for readiness and approve start-up.
• Document inspections and dispositions of results.
• Complete QA forms accurately.
• Inspect packaging/finished product quality to spec.
• Ensure all employees adhere to GMP guidelines.
