Job summary

Brobston Group’s Cosmetics division is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors. You will supervise in-store and online service, cultivate client relationships, and ensure engaging product presentation.

You will drive sales, maintain strong product knowledge, manage merchandising, and coordinate operating activities. Requirements include a high school diploma and 3–5 years of related experience, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology and registers, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
