Bloomingdale's Cosmetics Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing excellent makeup service and selling our total cosmetics assortment both in store and on-line. The role centers on building and maintaining client relationships, offering makeup application lessons, skin care consultations and trend advice.

The position requires a High School Diploma, prior cosmetics selling experience, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience to build customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing and being proficient with technology.
