Job summary

Bloomingdale's Cosmetics is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding makeup and skincare service, building lasting client relationships both in-store and online. You will share expert product knowledge, demonstrate techniques and ensure a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience.

You’ll assist clients with consultations, maintain compelling merchandise presentation, and stay current with trends while working a flexible schedule on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience is required, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience allowing you to build and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing and being proficient with technology.
• Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
