Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a cosmetics retail expert to provide personalized service on the cosmetics floor. You will build customer relationships, and sell products in-store and online while delivering makeup applications, skincare consultations, and trend guidance.

In this role you will create a welcoming in-store experience, drive sales through technology and product knowledge, and support merchandising and operational needs with compelling product presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
