Job summary

Brobston Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Cosmetics Beauty Advisor to build customer relationships through outstanding service, product knowledge, and expert beauty guidance. This role sells products in-store and online while creating an engaging experience and maintaining attractive merchandise presentation.

You will welcome customers, provide makeup lessons, skincare consultations, and stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous selling experience is required, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create an easy, seamless in-store experience.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships, drive in-store and online sales, and use technology effectively.
• Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations and treatments, and current trend advice.
• Participate in merchandising and operational responsibilities.
