Your day includes greeting customers, educating on trends, maintaining a neat, shoppable space, and finishing with a strong sales focus. The role requires flexibility and ongoing vendor education to stay current.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers and educating them on product benefits.
• Demonstrate makeup application and skincare recommendations when appropriate.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space and promoting offers.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
• Use POS and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
