Job summary

The Bloomingdale's Cosmetic's floor is the heart of the store, where Beauty Advisors deliver exceptional service and sell our total beauty assortment both in store and online. They provide makeup applications, skincare consultations and trend advice while building lasting client relationships and maintaining appealing merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience is required, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience allowing you to build and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing and being proficient with technology.
• Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
