Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic Beauty Advisors are experts providing excellent service and selling the total assortment in-store and online. The Beauty Advisor builds client relationships by offering service and product knowledge, including makeup applications, skincare consultations and trend advice.

The role is focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor with a friendly, engaging attitude and a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience is preferred, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience for customers.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by leveraging technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
