My name is Dr. Kellie Satterfield, MD, and I am looking to add an experienced Cosmetic PA to join my growing oculofacial plastic surgery practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an injector who enjoys providing natural, high-quality aesthetic results while working alongside a fellowship-trained, board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon.
As our cosmetic practice continues to grow, I am looking for someone who is personable, confident, detail-oriented, ethical, and passionate about aesthetics. What We're Looking For
- Active California PA license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of cosmetic injection experience preferred but willing to train
- Experience performing Botox®, Daxxify®, microneedling, IPL, dermal fillers, and facial rejuvenation treatments, lasers
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Ability to create conservative, natural-looking treatment plans
- Outstanding communication and consultation skills
- Warm, polished, and professional bedside manner
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable educating patients about treatment options and skincare
- Passion for continual learning and staying current with aesthetic trends
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers, microneedling and other cosmetic treatments safely and effectively
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare
- Document treatments thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
- Photograph patients before and after treatment
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and complementary procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Dr. Satterfield regarding treatment planning and complex cases
- Help grow the cosmetic practice through exceptional patient care and retention
- Participate in occasional educational or marketing events as opportunities arise
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing and precise hand movement during injection, laser, and procedural work
- Close-range visual assessment of facial anatomy under clinical lighting
- Frequent fine motor control using hands and fingers (needles, devices, instruments)
- Occasional lifting or moving of clinical equipment
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment for extended periods during procedures
Compensation
- Base Pay: $45-70 per hour (based on experience) + performance-based commission on treatment revenue

Schedule
- Part or Full Time; Approximately 8-hour clinical day
